All characters receive a communications device with access to the network when they arrive. Posts may be made to the network as a whole; closed person-to-person communication is also available. Just indicate on your post to the community the level of security on the character's post. All messages no matter the medium or number of individuals involved have the name of the people participating tied to their contributions. The only time this may not be true is from the Agrii, or when involving an individual using the Communications datapoint. Those with Comms can change names of themselves or any other users, add color, and potentially hack into any private/filtered messages outside of Mass Sages (see below).
